Your health is not exclusively about what you eat but
you need to exercise as well to stay fit. Make sure you stay hydrated by drinking
enough water. An adequate intake of water would be eight 8-ounce glasses or
half a gallon.

Mental wellness is just as important as physical wellness. A way
to sharpen your mental strength is to practice yoga and/or meditation to help
you relax and to live a healthier life.
Yoga can be both physical and mental
exercises that originate from Hinduism. Here are some basic yoga exercises for
beginners to try:
1.
Lie down on your back and relax.
Feel the air around you, and breathe it in and out. Try to relax your body, and
clear your mind of thoughts.
2.
Raise the outstretched right leg and
hold it in the air. Then raise the left leg in the air and
hold it.
3.
Raise both legs and the head in the
air.
Hold it as long as possible and breathe, relaxed, on your belly.
